The Community Law School is an educational programme set up by the Professor Uría Foundation to educate pupils in public primary and secondary schools on how the law promotes coexistence, integration and peaceful means of resolving disputes.

The programme is structured in four weekly sessions of 45-50 minutes taught by Uría Menéndez employees. The contents of the programme revolve around the Spanish Constitution, laws and the importance of compliance with those laws for peaceful coexistence. All of this is achieved through dynamic and participation-based activities.

The programme is taught in public schools in Madrid, Barcelona, Bilbao, Valencia and Lisbon.

The 2020/2021 course started in November 2020 in Madrid with sessions specifically adapted to the current situation with regard to COVID-19.
