The panel decided unanimously on 6 February to give the award to his article “Tournez-moi le dos!” La protección jurídica de las obras gastronómicas, which will be published in the Ibero-American Art Law Yearbook.
The panel also agreed to publish María Inmaculada Llorente San Segundo’s article Arte encriptado y trasmisión de derechos. Reflexiones sobre la idoneidad de los Non Fungible Token como instrumentos para comercializar arte digital.
