Since 2016, Uría Menéndez and the Professor Uría Foundation, in collaboration with the Thomson Reuters Foundation, have organised a series of workshops on the main legal issues that NGOs and social enterprises should take into account.
Led by Uría Menéndez lawyers, these workshops cover corporate law, company law, taxation, intellectual property, data protection, and labour and social security issues.
The fifth edition, held on 22 October 2020, took place online and brought together a large group of representatives from Spanish associations, foundations and social enterprises.
