The closing session of the sixth edition took place on Wednesday 14 June. The seminar was organised by the Professor Uría Foundation and the General Directorate for Cultural Heritage and Fine Arts of the Ministry of Culture and Sport.
In the last session of the seminar Encarnación Roca Trías, Professor of Civil Law and ex-Vice President of the Constitutional Court, gave an extremely interesting lecture titled “The social function of ownership of historic works of art”.
After a lively discussion, the day ended with closing comments and the presentation of certificates by Jesús Remón, Senior Partner of Uría Menéndez, and José María Segovia, Chair of the Professor Uría Foundation.
