The Ibero-American Art Law Yearbook is one of the leading publications in the art law world. Each edition covers the main advances in the field’s academic opinion, legislation, case law and literature, as well as other news and material of interest to the sector.

The 2021 edition contains the winning article of the seventh Rodrigo Uría Meruéndano Art Law Award (awarded in February 2021) ARTE(ficial): Obras criadas por Inteligência Artificial e os seus impactos no conceito de obra de arte e de direitos de autor by Paula de Castro Silveira, five other articles the panel shortlisted, and a final article the Yearbook Secretariat received and approved for publication.
